How To Make Durable Flash Cards Using Teslin Paper

Flash card icon

If you need to have the absolute most durable, long-lasting flash cards, then you've come to the right place. Using our Teslin Paper will allow you to make flash cards that stand the test of time (and kids!). The best part is you can make them yourself right at home with a normal Inkjet or Laser printer.

Everything you need to get started is included in our Complete ID Card Kits. Once you have your kit just check out the ID Learning Center downloads section for easy to use templates. The most useful flash card template is the 8up Microsoft Word Template. Using this template and your new card kit you can make strong, durable flash cards that are waterproof, bend resistant, and mostly kid-proof. You can easily whip out 8 flash cards in just a few minutes, and the more you make the less time it will take you per flash card.

We recommend keeping copies around of the files you use to make your flash cards, that way if you ever do have to make another set for another teacher, student, or if you just lose them you don't have to do all the work of re-making them.

When configuring your kit we recommend ordering 5 mil butterfly pouches instead of the standard 7 mil pouches. Using the 5 mil butterfly pouches instead of the 7 mil pouches will result in a much thinner card that is can be bent more readily without folding.

If you have any questions at all about using our products to make your next set of flash cards, please feel free to get in touch with us.
