We ship most orders via the United States Postal Service. We have been using the USPS since we opened our virtual doors in 2001 and we assure you that their service is spectacular. All packages we ship have tracking numbers which can be tracked at USPS.com. Orders received by 1PM EST ship same day, orders received after 1PM EST ship the next business day.

USA Shipments

  • First Class Mail within the USA is typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Priority Mail within the USA is delivered within 2-4 business days.
  • Express Mail within the USA is guaranteed overnight to most areas. Some remote areas are guaranteed two-day delivery.

Can my order be shipped via UPS or FedEx?

If you are ordering a large quantity of products we can arrange for shipment via UPS or FedEx. Additionally, some special order items will ship via UPS or FedEx.

International Shipments

What does "No Tracking" mean (1st Class Mail)?

First Class International mail is very inexpensive, but the packages can not have a tracking number associated with it. For this reason, we are not responsible for lost packages when using this shipping method. If your order is greater in value than $100 we may require you to use a trackable shipping method.

Can I get a more precise shipment time estimate?

You sure can. Note that we ship orders received by 1PM EST the same day, with the vast majority coming in before 2PM shipping same day (but not guaranteed). You can check the exact delivery estimate to your location by using the USPS Postage Calculator.

If you are in the USA enter 01550 for the "From ZIP Code", and your own for the "To ZIP Code" and select the shipping service you plan to use. If you are in any other country simply select your country from the drop down and then select the shipping service you'd like to use.

Want to know a secret about the USPS's Priority and Express Mail services?

How about this: since 2001 packages shipping via USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail are actually carried by FedEx! Once the package leaves the USPS distribution center FedEx takes over and delivers the package to your local post office where your normal mail carrier picks it up and delivers it to you. This is how the USPS is able to deliver with such speed and cost savings!
