Orders Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
A. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We can only ship to an address that is on your credit card, please see this FAQ for more information on our credit card policy.We also accept PayPal (with a confirmed address only), Google Checkout, and USPS Money Orders. If your order is over $100 (not including S&H), you may pay using Western Union, MoneyGram or Bank Wire Transfer. All payment methods can be selected during checkout.
Q. Can I pay using PayPal?
A. Yes. Payments must include a confirmed address. To pay using PayPal simply place your order from our web site and select PayPal as your payment type. Once on PayPal's web site verify that the address you have selected is confirmed. If it is not you can find information on how to confirm your address at PayPal's web site by clicking here.
Q. How do I find the status of my order?
A. You will receive automatic email updates when your order status changes. If you have created an account you can login to your account by clicking the My Account link at the top of the page. If you did not create an account or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact us.
Q. I received an error while ordering but my card was charged?
A. As stated during checkout, the address provided must be valid on the card being used - either as the Billing Address, or as an Alternate/Temporary Shipping Address. It is very easy to ensure this by calling the telephone number on the back of your card and asking to add your current address as an "alternate shipping address". Once this is done you will have no trouble placing an order.

If you received an error after placing your order but your card was charged, your charge was automatically voided. Voiding occurs automatically by our billing system if the address on the credit card used does not match the address you used when ordering, OR the security code you entered was not valid for the card used.
Unfortunately, because the transaction went through and then was voided it will take 3-7 business days for the charge to come off of your card. This is not at our discretion, it is dependent on your Credit/Debit card company - once our system automatically voided the transaction we no longer have control over it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Q. What name will appear on my credit card statement?
A. Brainstorm Enterprises is the name of our parent company and is the name that will appear on your credit card statement.
Q. Why must my shipping address be on the credit/debit card being used?
A. Due to the nature of our business we are a frequent target for credit card fraud. Because of this we have a policy of only accepting orders via Debit/Credit Card if the address we will be shipping has been added to the card being used. We understand that there are sometimes circumstances which make this difficult, but luckily it is VERY easy to add your current address to your credit card before ordering. All you need to do is call the telephone number on the back of your debit/credit card (or visit their web site) and ask to either add a Temporary or Alternate Shipping address. Alternatively if the Billing address on your card is not up to date you can simply change that to your new address. Most credit card/debit card companies can do this in just a few minutes. Once the change has been made you will be able to place your order without any issues.

A. Yes. The only exception to this would be items that specifically state that they are not stocked.

Shipping Q. Why hasn't my order hasn't shipped yet(US Holiday's)?
A. Most orders ship same day, but also note that we can not ship on the following days due to certain US Holiday's (for 2011):
  • Monday, September 5 - Labor Day
  • Monday, October 10 - Columbus Day
  • Friday, November 11 - Veterans Day
  • Thursday, November 24 - Thanksgiving Day
  • Monday, December 26 - Christmas Day (Observed)
  • Monday, January 2, 2012 - New Year’s Day (Observed)
Q. Can my order ship to an address other than the billing address?
A. Yes, but to do so you must add the shipping address to your credit card by calling the issuing bank. You can find their telephone number located on the back of your card. You can normally add the address either temporarily or permanently. They should be able to do it for you in about 5-10 minutes time. You will want to ask them how long it will take for this address to work on the card. Once they have added your alternate address to the card, place your order using this new address.
Q. How are packages shipped?
A. Most packages are shipped via the USPS. Orders shipping to the USA are shipped Priority or Express Mail, depending on your choice during checkout. Orders leaving the USA are shipped either Priority International or Express Mail. Certain items are shipped using UPS due to their size or weight. Q. I am not located in the USA, can I still order?
A. It depends, we ship internationally to many countries in the EU, as well as Canada and Mexico. If you are located in Canada, the UK, or certain other locations you can send payment via PayPal with a confirmed address. If you are not able to send payment with a confirmed address using PayPal you can still order, but will have to issue payment using Western Union, MoneyGram, or Bank Wire Transfer. No matter which payment type you place to use, you can place your order directly on our web site, including receiving shipping estimates. If paying via Western Union, MoneyGram, or Bank Wire Transfer, please contact us once you have placed your order for payment details.
Q. What is your average turn around time?
A. All orders ship within 1 business day from the time payment is paid. Orders placed before 1:00pm EST usually ship same day. If for some reason there is a problem with your order that will cause a delay we will get in touch with you right away.
